Lana’s practice encompasses the full life sciences life cycle, from lab discovery to dispensing to a patient and she has extensive expertise advising on licensing transactions, clinical trials and supply and distribution arrangements for pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Lana’s clients include both privately and publicly-held companies at all stages of their life-cycle, whom she advises on technology transactions, including license agreements, service agreements, research agreements, clinical trial agreements, material transfer agreements, CRO agreements, technology transfers, distribution agreements, co-promotion agreements and out-licensing arrangements.
