Biography
Lior Revach is an associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Department at our Tel aviv office.
Lior represents leading local and international companies in energy projects in Israel. As part of this, Lior provides counsel in transactions for the sale of natural gas to clients in Israel and abroad, the establishment of joint ventures for activity in the energy field, transactions for the sale and purchase of oil rights, and she also provides regular legal advice in the field of oil and gas exploration, including dealing with energy regulation in Israel.
In addition, she provides counsel in commercial transactions of public and private companies.
Lior joined our firm in 2017. She started her career at the firm as an intern and was licensed to practice law in 2019.
