Biography
Liraz Kahana is an associate in the Corporate, Securities and Capital Markets department at our Tel Aviv office.
Liraz’s practice includes company law, securities law and the capital market; she regularly represents and advises companies and public partnerships in various aspects related to company law, securities law and activity in the capital market and in communications with the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.
During her academic studies, Liraz served as a teaching assistant for Professor Assaf Hamdani (in the corporate law course and the mergers and acquisitions law course).
Liraz Kahana joined our firm in 2016. She began her career at the firm as an intern and has been practicing law as a licensed attorney since 2018.
