Biography
Marom Buznach is an associate in the corporate, securities and capital market department at our Tel Aviv office.
Marom regularly advises and represents companies and public partnerships in the fields of oil and gas, banking and industry in various aspects related to company law, securities law and capital market activity.
During his academic studies, Marom was a member of the Clinic for Class Actions of Tel Aviv University.
Marom joined our firm in 2020. He began his career as an intern and has been practicing law as a licensed attorney since 2021.
