Moutassim specializes in providing counsel in real estate transactions and projects, with an emphasis on entrepreneurial companies, construction groups, urban renewal and private and clients. In addition, Moutassim serves as a legal advisor and a personal general advisor to a number of leading businessmen in the economy.
Moutassim speaks Arabic, Hebrew, English and German.
Prior to joining our firm, Moutassim served as a managing partner in a leading private firm, where he handled complex litigation cases, provided counsel in projects in the real estate field, provided counsel to corporations and boards of directors, and served as a trustee for private investors.
Moutassim completed his LLM degree at the University of Heidelberg in Germany, where he researched taxation issues related to the German REIT both at the local and international level (including the conflicts arising from the existing taxation model in Germany in connection with EU legislation and international tax treaties).
During his time in Germany, Moutassim worked in the international taxation department and real estate management funds at Deloitte Munich.
