Noy Eitan

Biography

Noy Eitan is an associate in the competition and antitrust department at our Tel Aviv office.

Noy focuses her practice on antitrust and competition, where she provides ongoing counsel and support to the firm’s clients on matters concerning competition and regulation. Noy’s practice includes providing legal opinions and representing clients before the Director General of Competition and before judicial instances on a variety of issues such as mergers, monopolies and restraint of trade. Noy also has experience in administrative and constitutional litigation and acting on regulatory issues, with an emphasis on privacy protection.

During her academic studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she graduated with honors, Noy participated in the Erasmus student exchange program and studied at Leiden University. Noy also served as a teaching assistant to Professor Celia Fassberg and participated in the Human Rights Clinic and the ICRC International Law Competition, following which she was awarded the Avraham Spiers Prize.

Noy joined our firm in 2021 after completing her internship at the State Attorney’s Office – High Court of Justice Department.
