Omer Haritan is an associate in the Litigation Department at our Tel Aviv office.
Omer practices civil and commercial litigation, focusing on class actions in the banking and consumer sectors, and handles complex cases for leading companies across all courts.
Omer joined our firm in 2021 as an intern in the Litigation Department and returned upon his admission to the bar.
He studied at the University of Haifa, where he served as a research assistant to Prof. Michal Gal (Competition Law) and Prof. Yehiel Kaplan (Family Law), and as a teaching assistant in Jurisprudence and Family Law courses. He was also a member of the editorial board of the “Din U’Dvarim” law journal.
