Biography
Rebecca Baskin Zafrir is an associate in the energy and infrastructure department at our Tel Aviv office.
Rebecca represents local and international companies in establishing joint ventures and in transactions for the sale of gas to customers in Israel and abroad, as well as energy projects. She provides regular legal counsel in the field of oil and gas exploration, including dealing with energy regulation in Israel.
In addition, she provides counsel in commercial transactions of public and private companies.
Among her clients are leading local and international energy and petroleum companies.
Rebecca began her career at the firm as a pre-intern and has been practicing law as a licensed attorney since 2019.
