Biography
Shira Kahn Alexander is an associate in the planning and construction and real estate department of our Jerusalem office.
Shira provides representation and management of real estate transactions, including accompanying large-scale residential, commercial and office projects.
In addition, Shira provides regular legal counsel to the firm’s clients – entrepreneurs, contractors and private clients in real estate law and planning and construction law – starting from the purchase and planning phase, through the development phase and ending with the construction and registration phase, including purchase and sales agreements, sharing agreements and purchase groups.
Shira joined our firm in 2016. She began her career at the firm as a pre-intern, continued on as an intern and was licensed to practice law in 2020.
- Provided counsel in residential projects across the country, including “price-per-occupant” projects and urban renewal projects.
- Drafted commercial lease agreements.
- Drafted contractor agreements.
- Represented entrepreneurs and managed proceedings against the Israel Land Authority.
- Prepared planning reports for the planning authorities.
- Managed legal proceedings in real estate cases.
