Tal Eyal-Lipschutz

Tal Eyal-Lipschutz is an associate in the Hi-Tech, Technology & Venture Capital Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Tal provides legal counsel to high-tech companies, startups, technology firms, and private investors at all stages of their business activities. She offers commercial legal advice to a variety of Israeli and international companies and assists clients in capital raising, investments, and mergers and acquisitions.

Tal served as a research assistant to Prof. Shahar Lifshitz, Prof. Ittai Bar-Siman-Tov, and Dr. Ori Aharonson. Additionally, she was a teaching assistant for three years in the “Contract Law” course taught to first-year students at Bar-Ilan University.
