Tzippy’s practice focuses on commercial and private real estate, while providing comprehensive counsel to various entities in construction projects with a wide array of uses, starting from the land purchase phase to the registration of rights.
Tzippy regularly advises rights holders and entrepreneurial and contracting companies, among others, with respect to sales, rental, combination transactions, contracting and consultation agreements, financing agreements and urban renewal agreements (Pinui Binui and TAMA 38 in the reinforcement track or in the demolition and construction track). Tzippy has extensive experience in planning and construction, which includes representation in various planning institutions, preparation of legal opinions and administrative litigation.
As part of her work in the United States, Tzipi was part of the investment fund department at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she drafted, submitted and monitored regulatory filings to the US Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory authorities, at the state level.
Represented Azorim Company in various urban renewal (demolition-construction) projects across Israel, encompassing hundreds of existing residential units.
Represented apartment owners on Tzipora and Rivka streets in Jerusalem in a tender to select a developer to carry out a demolition-construction project (104 existing units).
Represented a developer (the Balilios Group and the Hachsharat HaYishuv Company) in negotiations with the apartment owners to carry out a demolition-construction project on Tor Sinai St. in Jerusalem (51 existing units).
Represented a developer (the Hovevei Zion Company) before the apartment owners for the implementation of a TAMA project on 127 Dizengoff St., Tel Aviv.
Represented Asia-Hadera-Israel Ltd. in the sale of apartments in the “White Beach” project in Hadera, which includes over 200 apartments; managing a mortgage company and accompanying the parceling process.
Represented Shai-Am Carel Holdings Ltd. in the sale of apartments in the “Brown 420” project, which combines residences (over 200 apartments) and hotels in Eilat, as well as drafting a contractor agreement and consultation agreements for the project.
Represented Israel Land Development Company in an agreement for implementing an urban renewal project in the Ha’Orot complex in Be’er Sheva (79 existing units).
Represented Metropolis Company in an urban renewal project on Yitzhak Street in Givatayim.
