Uri Barak

Uri Barak is a partner in and Co-Head of the Hi-tech & Venture Capital Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Uri practice focuses on corporate transactions, equity and debt financing including public offerings and private placements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial transactions. Uri represents High Tech companies in a wide range of industries and transactions, including in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, financing rounds and strategic alliances. Uri advises regularly to his clients on corporate governance, securities laws and IP matters.

Uri worked as a lawyer in New York at the White & Case LLP and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP law firms between the years 1997-2001.
