Yarden Ades

Biography

Yarden Ades is an associate in the Corporate, Securities, and Capital Markets Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Yarden specializes in providing ongoing counsel to public companies, public partnerships, and reporting entities on all aspects of corporate law, securities law, and capital markets. This includes representing them before relevant authorities and regulatory bodies, handling public offerings, and capital raising.

She also assists Israeli companies with initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary market offerings to raise equity, bonds, and commercial securities.

Her clients include companies in the renewable energy sector, real estate companies, and leading corporations in the Israeli market.

Yarden joined our firm in 2021. She began her career at the firm as an intern and was admitted to the bar in 2023.

During her academic studies, Yarden served as a teaching assistant to Dr. Asaf Tabeka in Civil Procedure course and was a member of the Clinic on Human Rights in Cyberspace at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Advised Zephyrus Wing Energies Ltd. in its initial public offering at a valuation of NIS 1 billion, raising NIS 150 million.
