Yinon Barkat

Yinon Barekat is a partner in the High-tech and Technology department in our Tel Aviv office.

Yinon provides comprehensive and international counsel to private and public hi-tech companies, entrepreneurs, funds and investors, from Israel and abroad, in their fields of activity, including in the foundation stages, raising of capital and financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, technological transactions, support of current business activities, tenders and IT projects.

Yinon provides counsel in various fields, such as software, hardware, internet, licensing, privacy, information security, intellectual property, telecommunications, health, biotech, medical devices, fintech, energy and cleantech.

Yinon joined our firm in 2018, as part of the addition of the high-tech and technology department to the firm.

During his academic studies, Yinon served as a teaching assistant to Professor Yoram Shahar (criminal law).
