Yonatan’s practice focuses on complex litigation, in both civil-commercial law and public law (administrative and constitutional).
In the area of civil-commercial litigation, Jonathan acts on complex proceedings, primarily class and derivative actions related to energy and natural gas, antitrust, pharmaceuticals, consumer protection and securities law.
Yonatan has been involved in some of the largest most complicated class actions filed against corporations for cause of excessive pricing, including the largest class action lawsuit ever filed in Israel against natural gas exploration corporations.
In the area of public law, Yonatan has amassed extensive experience representing clients in administrative and constitutional petitions (both before administrative courts and before the High Court of Justice), and in recent years has been involved in representing corporations engaged in natural gas exploration and production in precedent setting cases concerning regulation of the natural gas sector.
Yonatan also advises NGOs, associations and individuals for promoting LGBT rights and fighting discrimination.
Yonatan started his professional career as an intern at the Supreme Court in the chambers of Justice (as her title the time) Ester Hayut and as legal assistant to Justice (as her title at the time) Miriam Naor.
