Zeev Gutreich is Partner in the Litigation Department of our Jerusalem office.
Zeev’s practice focuses on civil-commercial litigation cases, with an emphasis on class actions and corporate law as well as administrative litigation cases on a variety of issues .
Among the clients represented by Zeev are some of Israel’s leading corporations, including banking and credit card companies, infrastructure, natural resource production, energy, communications, medicine and more.
Zeev has gained experience in handling matters against companies and public partnerships and their officers for complex class actions including those involving issues of competition and discrimination law, procedures relating to tender law, obtaining and extending tender exemptions, and lawsuits against reward clubs.
Zeev holds a master’s degree in law from New York University (NYU) and is a winner of the Hauser Scholarship (Hauser Global Scholarship). He also holds a bachelor’s degree in law (with honors) and a master’s degree in business administration (with honors) from the Hebrew University.
During his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law at Hebrew University, he served as an editorial board member and editor-in-chief of the Mishpatim Law Review – the Hebrew University’s law review – and as editor of the Mishpatim website.
In addition, Zeev holds a mediation certificate from the Israel Bar Association.
Zeev joined the firm in 2015 after clerking at the Supreme Court in the Office of Deputy Chief Justice Eliezer Rivlin and later as a legal assistant for Justice Esther Hayut.
Zeev is recognized by the prestigious ranking guide Legal500, as a Recommended Lawyer in the Litigation field.
